GoogleWe began the long road/process of selling our house through Barnard Marcos in March 2020. Due to the pandemic/lockdown this became a very stressful and emotional experience for us. We could not possibly have gone through this without the professional support and service we recieved throughout from the team and in particular Jed Moxon. GoogleAs a seller I was hesitant about who to trust with such an important life decision. Previously I have tried an online estate agent and found the experience difficult to say the least, being so impersonal and having no point of contact was a nightmare. After much consultation with family, friends and discussions with different estate agents in the area. It became clear that not only did Barnard Marcus Feltham have my professional but personal interests at heart and a real relationship was forged. It was little things like going to the office to be greeted on a first name basis and met with a smile and enquires about how my personal life is.... it really makes the difference! While the pandemic has made life difficult, Barnard Marcus Feltham gave me the confidence that they could deliver the results they promised. Evan and his team were professional and cautious about who they chose and they matched me with the perfect buyer for what we needed. Once we accepted the offer, they guided me through the difficult sales process due to the current circumstances. Without Evan (and Aaron’s tireless work) we would not have completed and been able to start the new chapter of my life. GoogleI only have great things to say about Barnard Marcus Feltham. We dealt with Evan, who I would refer to as an absolute guru of an estate agent who made our experience an absolute joy. Unfortunately the deal did not go through but it was no fault of his. He was completely honest and transparent throughout, executing a level of professionalism that is second to none. Rest assured you are in good hands dealing with Evan, who has a great personality to boot, really cares and is a gentleman, constantly demonstrating his integrity throughout. Thanks for everything mate. We also dealt with Marina for all of our mortgage related affairs amongst other things. It really was a pleasure working with her. She was on hand and available at all hours and was able to bring us some amazing deals. Transparency is important when dealing with things as complex as mortgages and at not point it time did we feel overwhelmed thanks to her. Sam / Letting manager was very friendly, honest with his advise and came across as a very straight forward genuine person who was serious and eager to help me market the property to let. He gave genuine and honest advise . Within no time Bernard Marcus found me a decent professional tenant and is moving in tomorrow . It would be very unfair if I were not to mention and express my most sincere and special thanks to Sophie Kiely - Lettings Executive who was in constant communication all along and kept me posted with any progress and development . Very polite , courteous and again extremely efficient and quick with her work and responses . The Lettings team at the Feltham branch are extremely efficient and honest with their approach towards the landlord . GoogleDo NOT use this this estate agent for either buying or selling your property, they don’t care at all. They never call back when they promise even to serious verified buyer, don’t show up for the viewing when weather doesn’t suit them blaming admin error, and list properties not even for sale just to get you registered. You will be wasting your time and effort. We have tried for several properties with them with always the same result.
