As a seller i was very disappointed. I expected much better communication, often i had to chase up with 2 or 3 email before getting a response, It appears that they rely more on electronic communication and web hits then actually trying to find you buyers, it appears that they are waiting for buyers to come to them. Properties will not sell that way. Initially was told that an open house would be done, one was not done. Overall i was left disappointed with their representation and had to market my property with other agents.

We are in the process of purchasing our next home and re-mortgaging the current one. We used Marina as our mortgage advisor 8 years back and she has helped with our mortgage renewals. This time though I approached Marina when we got in to a fix with another mortgage advisor, suggested by someone else. When others were unable to resolve the challenge, Marina's out of the box thinking was able to provide a positive outcome. She really considered all the possible solution and provided us with a solution that best suited our situation. Her deep knowledge of the market secured me a deal that was far exceeding my expectations. She has always been very clear in her communication about what is achievable.
