The beginning HQ was keep calling and seems like they are not organised and not communicating well. But they are brilliant and excellent service and great manners. I have contact with letting department. specially one of staff called shopie she is great 👍 Excellent communication and customer service too! No doubt about Barnard Marcus. Great team! I need to amend review after the second month contract which them. The lettings manager and service is good. But the account and payment and invoice system is way too slow. I did wait more than a month. I did not know to get an invoice and certificate is this much too hard. Getting disappointed…
