GoogleA few words to express our thanks and appreciation to both Sam Humby and Sophie Kiely for all their efforts and work on our behalf. Barnard Marcus in Feltham have been acting as Agents for our property for over four years now. We originally chose to go with the company, due to our initial impressions, following our first meeting with Sam all those years ago. He was very professional and helpful, and gave us confidence and trust in Barnard Marcus. I would like to stress how more recently, both Sam and Sophie have been very helpful and provided excellent service, very often going the extra mile! In May, the original tenants decided to move out after four years and Sam and Sophie stepped in with great advice and support. They helped find new tenants and kept us in the loop at all times. They helped facilitate a very smooth change over, and the transition went extremely well and very smoothly. In addition, we had quite a number of administrative things to deal with and they were most helpful in sorting them all out for us. Whenever we have a query or question without doubt both Sam and Sophie respond incredibly quickly and are diligent and conscientious in achieving a solution. It is always a pleasure to liaise with them. We have the highest regard for their work and are very appreciative of all their efforts on our behalf and we wanted to bring this to your attention. GoogleBarnard Marcus have given us top level assistance first in securing our mortgage, then in helping us let out our property. Special thanks in particular to branch manager Sam Humby for his service. He has been personable and informative throughout the process, always quick to respond to questions via email and telephone. He has also come to our home to provide detailed information in a clear, friendly manner face to face. Thoroughly impressed with the company and the service.

GoogleIncompetent doesn't even begin to describe the agents at this office. Three times agents I was dealing with left the company or relocated without telling me, leaving me out of pocket and fighting to get money I am owed. The staff turnover seems to be ridiculously high. Even now, four years after I dealt with them, I still get phone calls from different staff members looking for business despite having told them I have sold my property. Awful service. The worst agents I have dealt with.

GoogleI had the chance on Saturday to visit a viewing led by Karim. Was very enthusiastic throughout and was able to help guide me around the property answering all my questions. Very polite throughout the entire viewing and helped me set up a meeting to sort out my mortgage. Highly recommend this Feltham branch!

GoogleBest place to go if you want to have tenant at a short notice. Cons: Best way is to visit as they might not respond to voice messages. Sometimes needs follow up (depending on the particular agent you are dealing with). Overall it's worth the money.
