GoogleI used Michelle to sell my property and she provided a very efficient and friendly service throughout. The online advert was setup quickly and the photographs made my property look great. This meant I got a lot of viewings only a few days after going to market and achieved the asking price. Very prompt communication from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

GoogleWell. Where do I start. Buying and selling a house is a mine field. I found openhouse on a google search looking to balance cost with a quality service and that is exactly what I received. Michelle (openhouse) provides a first class service and imho far more personal and refined than the more traditional options and providing much more than the newer web based (advert only) products This is what I was looking for and it far exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend.

Open House helped us to sell our house in Horsham and we would completely recommend them to anyone. It was an extremely long and complex procedure due to uncertainties with boundaries and land registry. Michelle from Open House was particularly helpful in liaising between the various parties (neighbours, purchasers and all the solicitors). Additionally, she was able to assist with getting advice from land surveyor's and other consultant's. She further helped by keeping an eye on the property at regular intervals, as we lived some distance away. Could not be happier with the work done by Open House.

GoogleOur move involved selling two houses in order to purchase one within a very tight 2 month timescale, the chain was further complicated by one of our buyers doing the same. Michelles professional and highly pro-active approach was absolutely key to the success of our move. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always available. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Michelle during a time that would have been so much more stressful without her help. We would definitely call on her services again.
