GoogleMichelle was an absolute pleasure to deal with (whereas I'm not sure I was!). She answered any worries or questions I had regarding my sale and put me completely at ease. My property wasn't the easiest to sell but from offer to completion it took 11 weeks with a chain of 4. Really, really happy. I have recommended her to friends and would not hesitate to use her again.

GoogleI chose Michelle as we had not had any luck selling our flat, and she had already shown us round a couple of properties and very much liked her approach; not pushy like some get and very personable. We very quickly sold after going on the market, and then Michelle finished the job by finding us the perfect house which hadn’t even been marketed yet! Fantastic service throughout the whole process, great communication and makes you feel like you are her only client. Would massively recommend to anyone on this basis alone, but also worth mentioning that the selling fees were around half what I had been quoted elsewhere. Not surprised there isn’t a single review that isn’t 5 stars on here, very much deserved. Once again, thanks so much for everything Michelle!

GoogleWhat can I say? On the market day one, viewing the next, sold the day after! Either we were all very lucky, or Michelle works at genius level. Don't be put off by high street agents who will say disparaging things about Open House. I think they are quaking in their boots over quality competition such as this, especially the competitive rates. Well done Michelle.
Genius I don't think so! Sometimes the right buyer is out there, but it still takes hard work to get it over the finishing line and that's what I really enjoy.
