GoogleMichelle helped us through the sale of my mums flat as my mum could no longer live in her own home. Michelle was very sensitive to our family and we cannot fault the service she provided. GoogleMost people have a fixed idea of what an estate agent is like and it's not always good - prepare to have that view changed. Michelle arrived to the first viewing on her bike which somehow told me she wasn't the usual kind of estate agent. She was exceptionally friendly and all the way through to the successful purchase of the house promptly kept me in touch with progress. I also had the opportunity to see Michelle's expertise from the other side when I needed to sell my house - and I didn't hesitate to employ her to be my agent. I am sure the swift sale was in great part thanks to her. Michelle went beyond the call of duty and I would definitely recommend her. She provided a truly individual service - definitely five stars!

The photos taken were very professional and a good description of our home, she kept us informed of all viewings, and feedback given. GoogleMichelle was recommended to us by a friend, however, we wanted to make our own enquiries before we decided who to use when we sold our house. Firstly, on making telephone enquiries around various other agents, we found it very difficult to get a straight answer regarding how much commission we would need to pay them when our house was sold. Not only were we given a straight answer by Michelle, the figure (0.6% including VAT) is also printed on their literature and is prominent on their website. Michelle was extremely helpful, guiding us through the process of selling our house. She responded to all of our queries promptly and was very efficient in dealing with others involved in the sale of our house, using diplomacy and tact to encourage the process along. We only dealt with Michelle, therefore there was no explaining to various different people everytime we had a query. GoogleWe have used Michelle on several occasions now for both buying and selling and on both occasions have been extremely impressed with the proactive service provided. We recently moved at the height of the stamp duty holiday which did have it's teething problems, however Michelle was more than happy to pick up the phone no matter what the time of day. Michelle's rates are also very competitive compared to other high street agents and do not believe you'd notice the difference in service. Highly recommended.PositiveValue

GoogleI don't have good experience with estate agent but Michelle was different! She was super responsive and on the ball during the whole process of my flat purchase. If it wasn't for her it would have probably another month till completion. She provided information to my solicitors to speed up the process. Would definitely recommend Michelle!

It's a tricky market at the minute but Michelle was honest, upfront and on the ball and we sold our house quickly to a great buyer and our sale was smooth and problem free. The commission rates are very reasonable and Michelle was always available to us to answer any questions or help in any way she could. My property was initially up for sale with a different estate agent and after a few months I met with Michelle to discuss my property being marketed by Open House. From my initial meeting, right through to the sale of my property, I found Michelle to be consistently friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, professional and accountable. Michelle would always think out of the box and would offer ideas to promote the sale of the property. She would respond asap to each enquiry and that made such a difference. Property buying and selling is well known to be one of the most stressful life experiences. I never once regretted appointing Michelle and I would often say to friends and family how Michelle made the whole process manageable. Therefore, I would not hesitate in recommending Michelle to market your property.
