George Dean got in touch with me about a property and he made me feel at ease straight away at the viewing with his warm and friendly nature, I had been trying to find a new home in my village for some time so he helped me feel relaxed and reassured during the whole process of checks as I was desperate to get moved in, even when things didn’t go as planned on my end he was supportive and ultimately got me on the other side, with keys! My experience with Maddison at Cubitt & West has been exceptional! Maddison was so helpful from the very first phonecall I made. Maddison is such a lovely person and excellent at her job - she not only listened carefully to our needs and gave us some brilliant advice, but she also embraced our home life wonderfully when she visited us; she was so very lovely to our very chatty and confident little boy, and was so attentive to him whilst juggling her professional role whilst with us and we are so grateful. Although we haven’t gone ahead to sell & buy right now, if the time does come I will be making Maddison my first port of call. The team have all been very good at keeping in touch with us in a supportive way without there being any pressure whatsoever. This really is a great branch and I would urge anyone to reach out to the team and particularly Maddison if you have any queries, or are looking to buy/ sell.
