Great job guys

we are so pleased we choose cubitt and west to sell our house and purchased our new property,Richard and his team were so helpful all the way through, they returned our calls promptly and were always on hand if we had a problem. Richard went the extra mile for us both with our sale and purchase it wasn’t unusual for him to ring late in evening and also at weekends, Jordan was very friendly and polite showing us round our new home,As for Lisa poor girl I gave her some grief on the phone as ours wasn’t an easy sale and she always returned my calls and was so helpful.I will miss ringing them in the future as I hope this is my last move, if I do move I will certainly be calling them again.

Quick and stress free sale

We recently used Cubitt & West for our house sale and we are really happy with the service received. Compared to every other real estate agent this is the only one that actually got anywhere with the renting process. I am so delighted and overwhelmed with the service with regards to letting our property through Cubitt and West. My wife and I had literally arrived at our wits end with another estate agency who were unable to source tenants over a 3 month period without referencing issues and just generally more interested in organising fun runs for staff. So on scanning the internet I saw Cubitt and West's proposition on their website and it was quite bold - we will let your property in 14 days or we will pay 6 months management fees. So I thought give it a go. So I called Cubitt and West and had the real pleasure to speak with Jon da Silva and within a few minutes I realised I was dealing with the right person for us and the right organisation for us and he said that the proposition would be honoured although he said they had never had to because they let properties quickly and with above average rent all the time - another bold statement ! So my wife and I signed all the Terms of Business paperwork and within days Jon called me with an offer from a prospective tenant of 10% more than what we were struggling to achieve at the other agent. I mean how good is that ! All formalities were all quickly and efficiently dealt with by the incredibly personable Ethan Palmer and his colleague Annabelle and here we are literally a few weeks after initial contact with Jon with the tenant all moved in and all matters concluded. If you want great service and helpful people please don't look any further just call Jon, Ethan or Annabelle and relax and let them handle it - thank you to all of you for hard work, diligence and respect - it really is very much and truly appreciated.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Cailean and Brendan. From the initial visit they were so friendly and polite, always professional and full of advice and support. I really enjoyed working with them. When they found a buyer for my property they were always on hand for the buyer and myself to answer any queries. All the way through the sale, along with Claire and Tamsin they made the sale progress as smoothly as possible. There are always hiccups along the way but they all did their best to make sure everything was dealt with and resolved as quickly as possible. It was an absolute pleasure working with you all. Can't thank John Charlotte and Emma enough for their help during my buying process. Although they wasn't my estate agent they was my sellers they treated me with so much kindness and patience. We wanted to take the time to write and thank Cubitt and West for the very professional service we have had from Annabelle Williams within the Lettings department. My daughter has decided it is time for her to have her own home after having shared as a student and with a friend in Horsham for the past year. As a young person of 23, it can be challenging and a minefield when looking for and securing a new home. This has not been the case at all and this is all down to the very professional and expert service we have had from Annabelle Williams at Cubitt & West. From the start to the finish, the process has gone very smoothly with full and respectful communication. As soon as we met Annabelle, smartly dressed and showing great courtesy, we knew this was the new home for Robyn. The flat is lovely, the service has been fantastic and we cannot fault anything that Annabelle has done. Great experience from start to finish ! From valuation ,photos ,open day and handling offers we found the team ,Zoey ,Michael ,Julie and all others involved really professional. We had never sold a property before and after being in the same house for 34 years it was a daunting prospect. The team made all steps as easy as possible and kept us informed very regularly at every stage. We ended up getting numerous offers in excess of the asking price and would definitely recommend Cubitts for any property moves to family and friends.
