GoogleExperience was shocking from start to finish. Pushed the other side of the transaction to their 'recommended' law firm and as a result a transaction between an empty property and sole first time buyer took 115 days. Didn't even bother to update me throughout the entire period unless i chased them.

Truly shambolic experience with this business. (Sam, Bognor). Appalling lack of communication. Very friendly at the start but then you never hear back despite repeated requests. Have tried to log my complaint three times with absolutely no acknowledgement even that I wish to make a complaint so I've resorted to just posting my grievance here as feedback. I've moved several times over the years and never come across such diabolical customer care. And as for the conveyancing surveyors that they 'reccommend'... An eye wateringly painful experience. If you do for some strange reason "have to" use this estate agent, I strongly recommend you choose your own solicitors and avoid D.C. Law or any other online firm they suggest. Never again!Lucky to get a 2 star instead of a 1 star!
