Faultless professionalism and marketing promotion

Our experience of Dionne Wallace and Rebecca Hull from Cubitt & West's Horsham branch was first class, from the initial valuation onwards. The professionalism of both ladies was beyond reproach and the quality of the marketing materials excellent.Sadly, our launch to market coincided with the utter shambles of Truss's tenure as PM and the subsequent shut-down of the property market, so we were forced to implement our back-up plan to adapt our current house. But no fault there on the part of C&W.If and when real estate trading improves, we would be very happy to deal with Dionne and Rebecca again in future.

Excellent service and friendly helpful staff

I currently have my house on the market eith the Cranleigh branch of Cubitt and West, and would like to recommend them to anyone who is considering selling. From my first contact with Ross the manager who was informative, helpful and friendly, through to Kate, who has been absolutely brilliant in showing people round, keeping me well informed as to what is happening with the process, telling me about any feed back from the viewings and above all keeping me up to date with everything. They are both a credit to the company and with people like Kate 'on the Job' I feel confident that we will sell very soon. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Cranleigh branck and Kate in particular. Well done all at Cranleigh.

Happy, helpful team.

As first time sellers it’s been daunting, especially in todays world and the current situation with the housing market. But we have had nothing but reassurance from the whole team. Kate our sales advisor helped us to get everything in order in the preparation and during the process of selling and buying our new properties. If your looking for someone that’s attentive, believe me- she is the one! The whole team are very organised and has everything in order, Kate specifically was always a step ahead of us and called ahead of paperwork deadlines to check in on us and give us a helping hand. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful estate agents on our doorstep! Thank you 😊

Helpful and proactive with our property search

Cubitt & West were really helpful in our search for our first home. Although we ultimately ended up progressing with a property marketed by another agent, we were very grateful to Alia Hawes for all her support in our search. She was always very attentive and proactive in suggesting new properties and helping us through the process. Thanks!

The Cubitt & West lettings team were so helpful with the process of putting my flat up for rental. They understood my priorities and communicated all the details I needed to think about e.g. smoke/CO alarms, tax on profits etc. They were patient with keys that didn't work for the flat (despite working earlier) and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I'm have zero concerns about working with them moving forward.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. The valuation reports was both prompt but also comprehensive.Once a sale was agreed, the senior sales progressor (Julie) was amazing and kept us informed at every step of the way, including providing updates from solicitors on a regular basis. C&W are a company that I have worked with in the past and will continue to do so moving forward as it’s a very well run outfit.

Well done Aden Radojevic!

Aden Radojevic arranged our viewing promptly and greeted us outside the property with a warm welcome. We were very impressed by his professionalism but above all his passion for the property industry. He was very amiable and built a good rapport quickly and answered all our questions with knowledge and with confidence. I am sure Aden will be a great success for years to come. Well done! Many thanks. Daniel John Lim

Professional and helpful

From our first meeting to value our house through to the completion of the sale, we have found the employees of Cubitt and West to be professional, friendly and helpful. Danny, who did the valuation, was knowledgable about both the property market and the local area. Zoe, who accompanied our buyer at the viewing, was friendly and enthusiastic and Julie, who progress chased the deal through to its conclusion, was thorough and helpful. All in all, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
