We signed up with Connells on 31st May and were promised the heavens. From then until now we have had one viewing and yesterday they got our viewing mixed up with another property. Do they even know what they are doing in those offices. Very disappointed and would not recommend Connells to anyone.

There are bunch of crooks liar We had three valuation they’re all pretty much was on the similar price when these guys come to do your survey for my flat don’t lie to the lender so please if you have these guys to come to do a survey told to F off because it will let you down they are racist and rude.

DO NOT USE.After agreeing to let a property to me, they phone 1-week before the move-in date to inform me that they have let it to someone else, despite my having paid the 'holding deposit'. To make matters worse the agent giggled down the phone as she informed me that I was a week from homelessness.Evidently the holding deposit is worthless and offers a tenant no security.

There survey report was rubbish and full of assumptions rather than facts. Since moving into the property we have serious issues which should have been reported.There lack of response speaks volumes.I have a brain tumour and advised not to get into stressfull situations alas they have made my heath worse. I have complained to RICS and I suggest others do the same.

Trustpilot9 months and counting with leaking shower
Waited and still waiting for 9 months now for a leaking shower to be fixed. Currently had approx 5 different plumbers “try” to fix it with no joy. Had to fight for about the same time to get hold of our landlords to make them away of how they are wasting their money paying these people to “manage” their property. We have actually started fixing other problems ourselves.

Wow just reading some of these reviews glad were having nothing to do with them!Total lack of communication! Viewed a property said would ring us to let us know the outcome we had it, next thing we see is Let agreed on picture m, not even a courtesy phone call telling us!

I never have received such bad services ever! I have terminated my tenancy contract on May 14 and now is June 19th and they still didn't hear back from them!!! I have sent 8 emails in total and so far I get an automatic email! this is acceptable and I have already reach out to Justice for tenance to help to terminate the contract!

I’m currently renting from them and they’re all about business and could care less about me once they have bond you to a contract. They did not contact me during or after the pandemic. If they can find a loophole to charge fees, delay repairs or evict you when you are the most vulnerable they will try. We just received notice to leave.

Connells massively undervalued my property. I appealed this with comparables and evidence but they wouldn’t re look at it. I am now looking at taking legal action against them. They can provide no evidence of how they came up with that valuation. Do not have them value your property, I never write reviews good or bad but this company are incompetent.

If I could give this company less than one star I would.Rude awkward surveyor came around and made it painstakingly obvious he was doing to do his best to get my buyers mortgage declined based on a slightly higher than average service charge (it’s a grade listed building with great amenities) ... and succeeded.If anyone from NatWest is reading... chuck these guys ASAP!

Connells is a very well stablished estate agents... every one knows about that.Obviously, they are a business: they need to sell your house, help you to rent it out, etc., so they are more than willing to do business (a bit pushy sometimes), but overall, the professionalism is top notch, at least in my personal experience, from the sales manager to the mortgage broker and everyone involved.

One star it s way to much for them. As a tenant i ve waited 2 and a half months for a sink tap replacement and a window repair. Now, my boiler is faulty and i have already 2 weeks waiting. Outside are - 7°C.Worst agency ever ever.

These guys are waste of time. Hardly spend 2 mins in your house and god know what makes wrk think that your house is almost 50k less than the actual value of your house. They simply don’t do any home work. At first I was proposed a desktop valuation so you can think how lazy are they. Don’t waste your time with these guys.

Cannot believe how poor this business is.Not one call returned, not one call made.They were tasked with getting a valuation.Then stopped.5-10 phone calls later and missed promises, deadlines, etc.Waste of time - buyer beware.Still wasting my time with them - yes, they still say they will call you - they don't.

I have applied on several occasions for roles at Connells (Bridgfords ). I am unable to work on Saturdays for religious reasons. As i result I was turned down for estate agents positions. They are a large set up and one think they could have done more in this regard.

using the company is one thing. but working for them is another. treated like absolute s***. false promises and dodgy scrips to learn. management are awful, so called ‘leaders’ give false motivation and crap advice. ‘too depressed’ to be on the phone apparently all for less than minimum wage for 50+ hours a week. exploitation at it’s finest. how funny.

Disgsusting service. Promise a friend to get them moved within 2 months and it has been 4 and no dat given. Now they say 2 weeks delay. Seriously disgusted. Not an agent my friend dreamed of selling. Do not recommend this at all, an absoluate waist of money and a load of time if you r going to use them.

Incompetent survey, uncontactable.Terrible surveyors. Performed a survey on our flat and incorrectly identified a health and safety issue with our windows that was contradictory to national legislation, putting our whole sale in jeopardy. What makes matters worse is they are uncontactable as they hide behind their estate agents who will not permit any discussion of the survey and are intentionally obstructive.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
