Ella Hodson - What an absolute star! Ella has helped me no end in getting a rental for me and my two children. It can often be a stressful time trying to rent but not with Ella. She’s kept me informed throughout, gone the extra mile in letting me get the keys as I don’t drive, and also in letting me view the property a second time so my eldest daughter can see it. She’s put my faith back in estate agents! I cannot recommend her highly enough. The whole process is really straight forward and I’m so thankful to have had Ella dealing with all this for me.

I just wanted to write what a brilliant experience I had with Kat, from Martin & Co, Horsforth. I am considering moving to Menston and needed my house valuing quickly and also some financial advice. She was ‘on-it’. She came later that day to value mine and a report was e-mailed same day. She organised two forms of solicitors to give me a quote immediately and was ready to photograph as soon as I needed. GoogleI had booked a viewing which I was informed by a member of staff will take place. When I go on their website the property is no longer there, and on RightMove it says let agreed. I understand if someone else reserved the property. However, my issue is that no one informed me at all. Not even on the day of the viewing. I had to call to clarify things, and what’s worse I was told I would get a call back about this, but no one bothered to call. It’s a good thing I didn’t go, as I would have wasted my time. No one even sent a confirmation after I had agreed to the date offered for the viewing, to say this was definitely taking place. They had called me many times before to discuss this property, but when it came to me actually going through with a viewing no one cared to update me about anything.
