GoogleAshleigh and Joseph I have worked with and they literally take the time out for the tenants. They answer all your queries and understand the stress you are under and they keep you updated about the littlest things by email and phone so you don't feel ignored. Honestly have the best communication skills, they have always replied to my queries fast and always kept me in the loop of every little thing as it's a stressful process and they completely understand your concerns and listen to you as a tenant.

GoogleFantastic service from HOP. Communication is key when there are so many moving parts and HOP keep you informed all the way (unlike other estate agents I have used in the past). They go above and beyond in helping resolve issues, even if they aren't specifically to do with them. Probably not just the best estate agent we have used but one of the best companies. GoogleI have to say that when i first rented through HOP 2 years ago everything was amazing and easy. Then all the issues started to come out, when i first got there, the flat was absolutely discusting, full of bugs and mold everywhere (the shower, fridge, washing machine…), half of the lightbulbs dead and when i complained i was ghosted. I sorted all this by myself and everything kept fine until the end of the tenancy, where they tried to take around £400 of £700 from the deposit using fake concepts that where upgrading the final amount. I spent 3MONTHS trying to talk with the responsible agent. After 4 emails that where ignored and dont know how many phone calls, i was finally able to talk with him. It took a few weeks and ghost messages again to get the deposit back once we had a agreement (that i actually didnt agree with, but after 3 months begging for my money back i just didnt take the risk to keep waiting). Im just trying to let you all know that you should be careful with this agency when the contract is ending, they will try to take till the last peny. This is just my story, but i ve got a friend that had the same issue a couple months before, so take care. Bye.

GoogleCan't comment on value yet as we haven't moved in yet, but the customer service so far has been oustanding. I have been in touch with Jon Vickers throughout the application process and he has set the bar very high for other letting agents to compete! If every agent would be of this quality, moving houses would be a lot less painful. 10/10 would recommendPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleRe: Ami Boggs I am a landlord of a property managed by HOP. I had an issue with a missing month's rent caused by the tenants using an incorrect reference number in their online payment. This dragged on for a little while, but once I realised it wasn't just late being processed I got in touch with HOP again and the matter was swiftly resolved and the money paid into my account on the same day. Thanks very much, great service!
