Jon Vickers is absolutely amazing! I completed the sale of my property a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately both myself and the buyer solicitor were quite slow with the process, thankfully Jon was always available to chase up both parties and kept me up to date without me having to contact him first (a true rarity these days!) He was always quick to reply to my emails and at the other end of the phone when needed. I really believe that Jon is a valuable employee, and a hard working individual who would excel wherever he is. THANK YOU for a super outstanding service Jon!!

Lucy and the team were first class. HOP originally took over from a business I had a long-standing relationship with; a process that can be unsettling. However, it was immediately apparent that they are geared up to provide a far more modern, efficient service. When the time came to sell the property, Lucy was excellent; the glue that bound other agents together. I could always speak to someone at HOP, and the support from Lucy with compelling the solicitors to do their job was outstanding. Happy to recommend and use again in the future!

We sold our property with Hop Horsforth, our point of contact was Jon. This was the smoothest and most relaxing sale we have had, Jon was attentive and when he said he would do something he always did. We would have updates as they happened, we had the ability to text them which made it a lot better. It felt like a friendship as opposed to us being customers. Would DEFO use again if we ever sell!

My daughter and her husband had an offer accepted on a house on newlay lane so proceeded to have surveys done costing £700 Everything was going to plan and as she is 5months pregnant we’re looking forward to the move , only to have the house pulled from them and sold to another party 5weeks later I think this is very un professional of Hop to do this and will never recommend them to anyoneNegativeProfessionalism

I have 3 properties managed by HOP and as I live overseas it can be very challenging to manage issues with repairs etc. Luke Parkin at HOP has gone above and beyond when disaster recently struck one of my rental properties in Leeds, making it uninhabitable. I booked a viewing with Sion on Monday 13/11 to view an apartment which included bills. Upon arrival Sion was very welcoming and had a big smile. The property was decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Throughout the tour Sion was very professional and funny! He showed me each room one by one and explained what had been done and what furnishings are with the property. He also answered any questions I asked. After viewing the property, I told Sion that I would like to pay the holding deposit. We went to the office and completed the paperwork. Within the same day Sion had an answer from the landlord and also completed the referencing. The whole process was seamless. I will definitely be recommending HOP to friends and family.

I have been with HOP/Let Leeds for a number of years and used their property management services. Although there have been ups and downs it has overall a good experience and service. My most recent Property Manager is Ami Boggs who I can say is very switched on and attentive to requests from both sides, tenants and landlords. Quick to get problems solved and works hard to respond in good time. I hope Ami remains as my Property Manager for the long run, thank you Ami!

My assigned Hop representative was Jon. Right from the start, Jon presented to be professional, compassionate, always responded to requests in good time and I was extremely grateful for his constructive criticism. On both experiences in regards to buying a property and selling a property, my 2 separate cases would rate my experience 10/10. Jon and his Hop team were recommended by a friend. If I am honest, I am a critical person and a perfectionist. I trusted my friends recommendation and feel blessed to have been looked after by the Hop team. If Jon was not available, his team were all briefed to pick up in his absence and each and everyone of his team were happy to support, they knew where he had left my case and worked very efficiently to adhere to my requests. Initially, I was very anxious and worried in-regards to the whole house selling process. Worst letting agency experience I've had, even when compared to renting as a student. Our property manager never calls us back when we ask her to, for important things to check with the landlord or regarding maintenance issues. We had a leak that meant we couldn't use the shower for 5 months and caused alot of exposed mould for 6 months. The problems were just passed around and left despite constant chasing at our end. I plan to avoid any future property that's managed by HOP.

We left our property almost 6 weeks ago and have had no information regarding our deposit being returned. We have been ignored on our emails which mine we’re sent on the 24th June and on the 10th July and when we call they say “we will call you back” and they don’t. Avoid this letting agents, as they say it is when the check out process is completed you get your deposit returned, however, after going to the property to pick up letters, the new tenants have been there quite a few weeks.
