GoogleDan was courteous, quick to communicate despite my many queries, and helpful with arranging my tenancy, even though I was on a rather tight timeframe, and there was a bit of administrative work involved.

GoogleExcuse the name of the reviewer, my daughter changed the name on my email account and I have no clue how to change back. I work closely with Dan on conveyancing matters, as a Departmental Director of a law firm in Essex (residential conveyancing). I find Dan so easy to work with and I only get positive reviews from my clients who also use Dan. I would personally use Dan for any private house sale myself. I wish all my experiences with Estate Agents were as simple and as pleasant as working with Dan.
