I would like to highly recommend Oakmont property, and specifically Dan. He is a very noble, professional, and kind gentleman. Whenever I needed him, he has been always there and would come personally to solve any issue, even if not related to his company directly. He would respond even on weekends (but please, I am not advising to do that, let him have a break :D). The whole team is very helpful, and the letting process was really smooth and straightforward. They are a really good example of how estate agencies should be.

I came across Oakmont via a client I had undertaken some work for, we got talking about the letting of properties and they gave me Dans details. I contacted Dan and from the start I just really liked his approach and mannerisms. He gave me honest and sound advice for a property over in Romford that I wanted to rent out. I was quoted ridiculous prices to find a new tenant plus management fees. Dan was very transparent with the costs involved, which I have to say are very very reasonable. I gave Dan the keys and he arranged the viewings, found the best tenant for me and sorted all the associated paperwork that comes with it. When it came down to the few tenants Dan put forward I even gave Dan the choice to put forward the most suitable tenant because he would be the one managing the property. I didn’t think the process of renting the property out would be so smooth as it was because there always seems to be an issue with anything these days but credit to Dan he exceeded my expectations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Oakmont Property Consultants!

Cannot recommend Dan enough at Oakmont Property Consultants! He recently helped me and my partner sell our house and purchase a new one. There were so many obstacles along the process which he handled professionally and fast every time! The process ended up being alot longer than intended due to Land registry issues and not only was Dan patient but he kept in touch and kept everyone in the chain updated throughout. He offered advice whenever we needed it, keeping us positive and even if we were in need of his help on the weekends or evenings he was available! I would 100% recommend Dan to anyone thinking of wanting to sell their property as his knowledge and friendly approach certainly made it 1000 times easier.
