He seems very friendly, patient and professional.
It was an open viewing and although our offer was not accepted, we appreciate the time he has given us and answering all our questions.
However, few weeks ago; It was difficult to get through to someone, at the beginning despite us having an alert set up on Zoopla and messaging the agency straight after advertising, they did not respond. I believe they had taken the property off the marker however once it came back, we tried again and were able to view it. Sales team is very lovely :)
