Hi Stefan, thanks for your feedback and we can only apologise for any inconvenience caused however in this instance someone who had previously viewed came in with a higher offer - we're not able to stop them making an offer and we are legally required to put all offers forward to the seller so unfortunately there was not much we could do in this situation per UK laws. When buying a property in the UK, it is not solidified until exchange of contracts has taken place. Until the law changes this is out of our hands.
