GoogleNot impressed with the misinformation provided by their sales manager. This misinformation cost me a lot of time and money. Will give that estate agents a wide berth. Ms Job I will gladly email you the reason why I was unhappy with the service I received from Sophie at Lux Homes. She cost me a lot of time and money and stress.

All of the so called ‘well known’ estate agents locally should take note and see how an estate agents should be run and the staff are so professional and informative every step of the way and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Made the whole process so easy! 100% recommend LUX homes to anyone buying/selling or looking to rent. You won’t be disappointed and I know first hand how frustrating most estate agents can be so thanks again! :)

GoogleI have just let my property through lux homes and I can not rate this company enough, having rented my property through many other local agents in the past, the service I received was amazing, from finding me a tenant to giving me first class advise, I would definitely recommend to use lux homes for selling and renting to family and friends, I know I will definitely use them again as I found them to be very professional and everyone who works there will go the extra mile, if you want service and advice lux homes are the ones to use.

GoogleVery impressed, called about a flat to rent they called me back arranged for thr viewing very quickly, After I saw the flat they called back to say how I found it and if there was any other flats I liked. Unfortunately I didn't get the flat but from dealing with many other agents in the Hornchurch area they are way above the others. Will definitely recommend. GoogleHave worked with Lux homes now for a good period of time and can honestly say they have been excellent in every way. New tenants are found in a very short period of time so the apartment has never been empty. Any issues arising from tenants are dealt with speedily with no fuss and with minimal involvement from myself. This is exactly what a management company is paid for. To take the stress out of the owners hands. If we keep receiving this type of service, I can see us working together for a long, long time.

GoogleI Was super unhappy with the service I received from Lux,I sold through them and really thought they where different, but in fact they worked more for the buyer rather than the seller which was really disappointing, I never really felt they told us the true situation in relation to the buyer.

They took care of everything, from advertising the property to finding suitable tenants and finally sorting out the change in utilities.
