GoogleWe have recently completed on my dad’s house sale with Lux homes. My dad’s house was previously on with another agent with no sale. Sophie promised me she would have no problem selling the house and true to her word, the house sold on the first viewing day.
My husband and I own a few properties and I have never met an agent like Sophie, she has been AMAZING!
My dad has Alzheimer’s and she has looked after us throughout the whole process and been very patient with my consent phone calls.
Lux homes offer a very quick, seamless service, the whole team are fantastic and Sophie is the best of the best. I wouldn’t sell with anyone else

GoogleDon’t know where to really begin.. in May we decided to put our property on the market with a different agency as it was a lot cheaper but it was the worst decision ever. After a couple of months we were desperate and we lost our hope so we quickly had to move with another agency. After reading the amazing reviews from LuxHomes on Google I just thought why not give them a call and see what they think. That call has literally changed the game! I had a conversation with Sophie and I can honestly say that she is hands down the best sales manager I have ever come across! The property was on the market within a couple of days and sold in a month! I can’t recommend Sophie enough, very quick at replying to all my emails, always made sure I would be informed about every step, very patient as I am a very fussy “client”. She also made sure that we would get the best and the highest offer possible. I just wish I could have known about her from the very beginning! GoogleLux are a fantastic agent if you get the right agent Alex, who’s the assistant manager at Hornchurch is really good and keeps you up to date with everything, Lewis who started the process and then left the business was equally great. Unfortunately some of the other people who we have dealt with really haven’t been of the same standard. Generally okay but not the best we have encountered. Yes they secured a sale but at £94k below what the property was first valued at.

GoogleAwful service purchasing a property from a seller using Lux Homes as their estate agents. Would avoid at all costs again. Great if you’re the seller it would seem as they’ll just do whatever you tell them without following ethics or a moral code (sending us a very intimidating email on completion day demanding thousands of pounds unrelated to our sale that we had never heard about before) but also very misleading and would tell us what we want to hear to get the sale then it all changed later on and left us out of pocket. Very disappointing overall - dealt with Sophie at Lux Homes.

Hi Victoria thanks for your feedback. It’s a shame you feel how you do a member of staff who did nothing but help throughout the process. For context the email in question states "Hi Scott and Victoria, Hope all is well and you are excited for your completion today. We have been asked by the sellers to send you the attached invoice. They would appreciate if you could cover the invoice cost due to the error made by the surveyor you had instructed. Obviously they feel they have spent this money for no reason and that you should take action against your surveyor to reclaim this. Please let us know if you are willing to pay this so we can pass the message on" - as is clear there is nothing threatening in the email and was merely a message that was passed on to you from the seller who felt they were out of pocket due to an error from your surveyor - this message was passed through us due to the fact that we are the liaison/broker between both parties and you have no way of directly contacting each other - we were simply the messenger. Additionally, I can understand why you would be disappointed when the sellers decided to change their mind about a furniture item they had promised you however this is no fault of Lux Homes (to address your other point). Sophie has got an abundance of 5 star reviews from buyers to showcase that she does work tirelessly for both parties in a sale so can only apologise that you feel the way you do on this occasion. GoogleWe had such a great experience with Lux Homes and could not recommend these guys any more, as best in class for service, expertise and the photos, yes the photos are so important!
Sophie the Sales Manager looked after us from day 1. She was very professional, organised and prompt with the sale of our property and with thorough communication through the sales process until the end. Some people find Estate Agents just get until the sale and they go quiet, not these guys and not Sophie.
To the sale process itself, we needed a very quick sale, to help facilitate us finding our dream next home, to which Sophie happily supported with ease and got us a sale within 2 weeks despite being on holiday for the start of the sale. This is where the fantastic photos helped show off our beautiful first home to prospective buyers.
Post sale, Sophie went above and beyond by liaising between all parties and their Solicitors and was always available to us for advice and guidance. Whenever Sophie wasn’t around, her colleague Alex one of the Directors supported us which was reassuring. The service throughout with Lux Homes was outstanding and we will definitely use them again for any and all future moves!!

GoogleAs someone who works in car sales, I fully understand the pressures that come with delivering a smooth customer experience, whether that’s dealing with brokers or the clients themselves. So stepping into the world of property buying for the first time, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Especially after dealing with a few estate agents beforehand who unfortunately left a bit of a sour taste.
That’s why I genuinely have to say how impressed and content I am with the service I received from the Lux Homes team. Buying a home is a huge and sometimes overwhelming process, but Bella and Adam made the entire journey feel so much more manageable. Whether it was over the phone or me being that slightly annoying buyer asking to view the flat one more time (or two!), they were always welcoming, patient, and made me feel completely at ease.
A special mention goes to Sophie, someone I completely respect. If she says she’s going to do something, she gets it done. No chasing, no excuses, just efficiency and professionalism.
Even after completion, the team continued to be responsive and willing to help. That level of aftercare isn’t something you come across every day, and it genuinely speaks volumes about their commitment to their clients.
Now I understand why you’re called Lux Homes. Yes, the properties you represent are beautiful, but more importantly, the experience you provide is exactly what the name suggests: luxury. And achieving that in such a complex process, with so many moving parts and people involved, is no small feat.
