I have been dealing with Bradley to buy a property (my first property). He has been on point with his words from the very first phone conversation we had. This was all very new to me as I said I'm a first time buyer. But Bradley has made the process very easy. I have had viewings from other state agent but never got this level of customer service. Bradley has been very quick with his response, every time I needed something he was always available. No question was a stupid question for him! He always responded with a quick and calmly manner with detailed information, which you need as a first time buyer. Very professional and friendly at the same time. Highly recommend Bradley & Micheal. 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lewis, Michael, Bradley and Val have been amazing! We were booked in to see our now new home by Michael and was showed around by Lewis. It was clear from the start that Lewis and his team knew exactly our requirments as from the moment we walked in we fell in love. Once we got our offer accepted the team made sure it started progressing very fast. I contacted Haart for a valuation report on my property with a view to its marketing. Lewis Taylor arrived, he was prompt, professional and personable. I was pleased with the valuation he provided and I could tell that he had a lot of marketing experience. He was thorough in his explanation of the estate agent fees, terms and conditions etc and how they would next proceed. On agreeing to market with Haart, Lewis was prompt in arranging an open house viewing and commenced marketing the property straight away. This approach managed to secure me an offer within a week, which I was very satisfied with. Lewis and his team continue to be prompt when answering any queries I have and keep me advised on the sale. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Haart if you are thinking of selling.

We contacted Haart regarding letting a property. On that same day Craig Cagehin the Senior Lettings Branch Manager came to view the property. Craig took time to explain their services and left us with full written details and costs. Once instructed, photographs of the property were taken and on the same day the pictures appeared on line. Following viewings that took place two days later we receive details of a number of potential tenants. Two weeks from the day we instructed Haart to act for us a tenant moved in with all the referencing, inventory and everything done. For us this first time experience of letting a property has been made very straight forward with good communication throughout the process, in no small way thanks to Craig and the team at Haart. We would highly recommend Craig and Haart for anyone wishing to let their property.

We purchased our property through Haart. I initially viewed the property in August 2021 with Bradley and finally moved in mid January 2022. Michael dealt with parts of the purchase, but we mainly dealt with Lewis throughout the process. Both were always extremely professional, patient and provided timely updates and information. There were situations during the process, some 5 months, that required professional advice and guidance, Lewis was always on hand to resolve these stressful situations - offering support when needed.
