I found Haart via rightmove and I’m so glad I did. I have never rented before so it was all a little daunting. I have always been a home owner so moving over to renting at a late stage in life made me a little anxious. However Akachi and his team were fabulous. Akachi was on hand every step of the way and ensured everything was done smoothly and efficiently. He was on hand every time, late night messages when I began to panic and weekend last minute questions. Nothing was too big an ask he he catered to all my needs. He has been instrumental in helping me with this transition and am very grateful to him. I would definitely recommend Akachi and Haart for all letting needs. I will also use them when I am ready to buy again.

Rob Gordon the Branch Manager has been fantastic, being a first time landlord can be daunting but Rob let me know the processes and what to do to have my property compliant. He also found two very good tenants who have been no hassle and I have a good relationship and hope to have them in my property long term. LEWIS TAYLOR WHAT A LEGEND - We have recently used Haart Hornchurch to sell our property. What a joy it was !! I've always been cynical about estate agents but boy have I been proved wrong. Lewis Taylor and his team delivered excellent customer service, all the team were approachable and always available to respond to queries and communication throughout was faultless. In a tough market our property sold immediately at full asking price, unbelievable! The first time I met Lewis I knew he was the man for the job, professional and helpful with an expert understanding of the market, he said he could sell our bungalow and two days later, he did, to genuine buyers with no hassle. Sale went through in 8 weeks. Cannot praise him and his team enough. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lewis and Haart and all the staff at Hornchurch branch, wouldn’t sell or buy through any other agent.
