Very professional, friendly and kind. Having had to sell mum’s house to pay for her care home, it was emotional but the team at Haart Hornchurch were fabulous. Glad we chose Haart. We would really like to thank Lewis, who we first met and immediately we knew we’d chosen a good Estate Agents. Then Seref and Akash who we met and they guided us too. Terrible company, it’s like being trapped in a bad marriage you can’t get out of. I was told 6% rent collection fee, it’s 7.5% when you add tax but they told me 6%. Being charged £25 for them to sent my tenant something I have already done and the customer service is non existent. I was given a yearly report which I didn’t want and it was around £200!

Slash was extremely helpful during our viewing of this property. However, the photos of the rooms gave a different perspective and size perception of the actual room sizes and the work required to bring the property up to a standard where we can live and n it. The windows, bathroom and kitchen would all need complete replacement, adding to the asking price of £475,000. We therefore think the asking price is too high - given the work required.
