Google"No Junk" clearly stated on my letter box yet Mr Lewis Taylor (wearing GLASSES) wants to sell our forever home yet WE NEVER CONTACTED YOU WHO IGNORED NO JUNK MAIL so here's your 1 star for attention to detail, no smart targeting for p155 poor marketing. Invest in non intrusive DIGITAL ADs coz you're such a great company that no customers recommend you hmmmm!

Ranging from the way he conducted the viewings to the little things that are so important to the seller such as giving me regular updates about the current stage of the sale of our property and helpful advice with regard to the current moving/selling information. Demi's experience was particularly helpful at a time when we hit a hurdle in terms of paperwork required but managed to overcome it in a short period of time.

GoogleWe would highly recommend Haart of Hornchurch. We ended up having a really complicated sale for reasons outside of ours and Haart’s control. I have no doubt if we had used another agent that we would never had got to completion. We dealt with Chris, Georgina and Becca and all 3 of them are absolutely amazing. GoogleAfter 12 weeks of lies and stress caused by a well known estate agents I switched to Haart. I met Chris at the property who immediately put me at ease. Haart did not disappoint, within a couple of days people were viewing the house and within weeks we had an offer. My main contact was Georgina who was amazing, she was always available and if I left a message she did not fail to call me back. We had a few issues towards completion that we’re out of Haarts control, but Georgina and Chris went above and beyond to complete the sale, they kept me updated at every point. I cannot thank Georgina and Chris enough for their professionalism and friendly manner. I’d also like the thank Katy who worked with me at the beginning who provided weekly updates without fail. I highly recommend and will definitely use Hornchurch Haart in the future.

GoogleThe highest praise for all the team at Haarts Hornchurch, when we first decided to put the house up for sale we hadn’t intended to go with Haarts- (intended to go with a cheaper alternative) but from the very first visit from Georgina and her confident reassuring manner our gut instinct told us this was a person who could and would sell our house. First class service with prompt feedback, always keeping us in the loop and keeping us positive until we got that offer. Special mention to to Becca who did most of our viewings so friendly and reassuring, in fact the whole team were great, highly professional but friendly and approachable .
