GoogleAlthough I've not got my property through haart demi has been very helpful in keeping an eye on the property's I wanted and letting me know If any come up that she thinks I would like I'm very grateful for all the help she has provided and should I ever need to move again (hopefully not in the near future)she is the first person I shall call thank you again for all your help

GoogleAvoid at all costs. This branch of Haart should be closed down for there back door antics. 4 weeks before we were going to exchange on a property there manger Lewis taylor called to say they had a cash buyer who could complete in 72 hrs so the deal was off. We went to see the vendors and asked how they could behave like this after we had waited for 10 months while they looked for a rental property. To our amazement the vendors said Lewis taylor the branch manager had told them that we had pulled out of the sale so he was sending a cash buyer tonight to view the property. Avoid this company like the plague well at least this branch where the manger pulls cash buyers out of thin air just before your about to exchange. Shocking behaviour, even the vendors are going to report the branch manger.

GoogleSorry its taken a while to give a review but better late than never!!!! Was very happy with the service that Bradley and Lewis (Louis) provided to us with the sale of our property. GoogleBeen there 10 minutes ago, the girl on the first right table did not even want spend 1 minute. Soo me and said that she knows me and that I am register with them, I was telling there that I am not and she asked me my phone number. Pretended to type in for 2 sec. and said that a colleague of her took some notes and they will call me because now they don't have anything to offer. She just did not want to discuss, and I don't understand why as I wasn't rude or something. Cheers.

GoogleHad been recommended to haart by a neighbour who had sold and they didn't disappoint. Both the sales and rent agents were helpful and informative but due to our circumstances, we decided to rent and went through the whole process with Demi from Haart Hornchurch who did a great job in bringing in great candidates and making the whole process fast, smooth and clear for both sides.
