Fantastic service from start to finish. Some of the solicitors involved in our lengthy chain made things extremely difficult at times but the team at Haart always made sure they chased regularly and kept on top of things. After going through a really traumatic time being messed around by other estate agents and price pushing - I am so incredibly happy that we met Bradley at Haart Hornchurch. I genuinely felt from the moment we met him that he had our best interest at heart. He promised me the house I fell in love with would be mine - and he didn’t disappoint ! I am so grateful for the whole team that work there to be honest, as each person I’ve dealt with including Micheal and Val - have been so personable and friendly ! Having bought, sold and leased property in Europe & the UK for a few years now, I can confidently say that this was by far my worst experience with an agent. In almost 2 months, 7 people were introduced to my property. No offers were ever received, nor was feedback provided by the agent in most cases. To compare, after I moved to a different agent (who also asked for much less commission), 15 people had been to see the property within 1 week of my property being listed. The market is arguably slow at the moment, but it isn't by any means dead. In any case, averaging less than 1 viewing per week is not acceptable, especially when this agent demands a higher percentage commission than any other local agents I have managed to find. Not only that, I had to then call them to ask them to remove their sign, and months later they still (breaching contract) have had my house listed under their name until today, as I was left with no choice but to walk into the branch and ask them face to face to stop advertising my house when they do not have permission to list it anymore.
