We obtained quotations from various estate agents when we started the process and although Haart carried a higher Fee we were impressed from the first visit from Georgina Sparkes, she delivered every step of the way and when she wasn't in the office both Chris and Katie (in Chadwell Heath) have been on hand to keep us informed. Couldn't recommend Haart enough and the service was worth every penny

GoogleI have been an 'accidental' landlord for 6 1/2 years and most of my dealings with Haart have been with Ellie Padbury who has always been excellent - very professional and communicative. In her absence I have found Niamh Bailey and Alison Sadler to be extremely helpful in liaising between me, my tenants and any appropriate maintenance contractors, and would highly recommend their services.PositiveResponsiveness

FacebookWe found Haarts to be not transparent, a lack of communication with both ourselves and Tennant and down right unprofessional. I would not deal with them ever again. We signed a document we believed to allow referencing only of tenant whilst specifically verbally advising them to obtain references for an future tenant and post to us as otherwise we would be unable to get landlord rent protection from onset. This did not happen. I was asked to review contract only to find that it did not matter as Hornchurch signed on my behalf anyways. I did not see the point of them sending me if it's there policy not to listen to the customer? Haarts Hornchurch put someone in property straight away in our property, against our verbal wishes. We going through a formal complaint process at this time as it's is just down right unprofessional and unacceptable.
