GoogleI had a very good experience with Balgores so far. In particular with the agent that helped me, Nikola Tokarska. Nicola showed us a couple of flats and we found right away one that we loved. During the application period she's also been very responsive and always ready to help. So far my experience with both Balgores and Nikola has been great. Thanks!

Google17 years ago we bought our house from John and this month we sold our home with John & his family team. We were very happy with the communication right from the start. We received emails confirming viewings and follow up calls with feedback from Amanda. Lara did a great job on the visuals to make sure we got our property marketed to its potential, including coming back to retake some shots when the weather was better. The pricing was spot on (unlike another Estate Agent who recommended we put the house on the market significantly lower and who made a point that they sold properties quickly .. well of course they would !). We were also very happy with the way John kept us up to date on the whole exchange & completion part of the process, he was in touch with the buyers and our solicitors regularly. THANK YOU!

GoogleUnprofessional company. They will point out nothing during check in, take a dozen photos however during check out they will point out things they never analysed during check in, taking hundreds of photos. Overall just an unfair company, can not recommend one bit. My advice is to take your own tenant photos during check-in and check-out to protect yourself from their reports and eventual deposit disputes with landlords.

GoogleWe had a fantastic moving experience with Balgores - nothing was too much trouble for the staff in particular Deepak who went above and beyond for us. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone , I feel it was excellent value for money for the service that they give . We used the in house mortgage advisor who gave us honest advice and helped us get the best deal and we will definitely be returning once our mortgage is due for renewal. Thank you Balgores X
