GoogleWhere do I start we were recommended to use Billy (Brilliant Manager) at Balgores to sell our property and I did not need to look elsewhere what an amazing team. We had viewings and every member of staff that came to do them was professional, friendly and efficient, I never had to chase once they were fantastic I would like to name all that were also involved Paul, Deepuk, Charlie, Tom, Heather, Emily and Chris (particularly as he handled our file while Billy was on annual leave and was brilliant) . Once we had our buyer Suzanne (Absolute Diamond) was amazing from start to finish she had kept me updated and in the loop at all times chasing solicitors etc. which is out of our hands. Thank you so much for getting this over the line ?? very pleased and would recommend their services.

GoogleNot impressed with the 'help' I received from the girl who I spoke to. I've dealt with the dagenham office before and was very impressed and happy.
This girl I found to be quite abrupt and not very approachable.
Even if, like in my case, she was unable to help, there's ways and means of talking to a customer. I did expect respect and manners, but she made me feel like I was a nuisance and wasnt much good at all. I only wished I'd asked her name.
So I shan't be using balgores again. There are plenty of other agents in the area, if only I'd gone to the others first and avoided this place. I feel extremely let down and wouldn't urge people to use balgores in future. Shame.
