GoogleTHIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Be careful. They are extremely unprofessional and biased. The way they operate is by doing a superficial check in report and the check out report they try point out as much as they can, even making up topics that are not true and were not reported in the check in. You should have your photos and videos as back up proof, because they will try to take your money as much as they can.

GoogleI have used Balgores Hornchurch for a number of years to identify suitable tenants for my flat and they provide an excellent service. They have once again provided a quality service, they have found me a suitable tenant and they worked quickly and efficiently to process all necessary paperwork. Mark Claxton has been particularly helpful and is very knowledgeable when it comes to letting a property and has ensured all aspects are covered. I would recommend Balgores if you are looking to Let a similar property as the service is excellent.
