GoogleI applied for the rental property via app on Sunday and had almost immediate response from Reece Woodhall. He was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process and I have now been living in the new house in Hornchurch for past month. Very pleased with the service and Reece's help along the way. Many thanks.

TrustpilotUnprofessional
I guess it depends on the branch, but the Hornchurch branch is full of unprofessional staff, who we caught lying a number of times. They also overprice their houses by a considerable amount and tried to tell me my professional RICS qualified surveyor didn't know what he was doing.

GoogleA great agency with strong local knowledge. Chris Ping (area manager) is an example of a true professional who provides superb customer service and thinks about the customer first. He works above and beyond to ensure that the service he provided me was of high quality and closed down concerns I raised superbly.
