I had a great experience with my move, being a first time buyer I was pleased that I had communication all the time from Claire Dartnell and Pete Walker by keeping me up to date with the process. Very friendly and very quick in answering any queries I had. This made my move a lot easier and less stressful. Would fully recommend!

We didn't like the service when we were selling our home with them. We don't believe that they conducted enough affordability checks on our potential buyer.

TrustpilotJust completed the sale of my property
Just completed the sale of my property. It has taken quite a while, but throughout the ups and downs Chris and Donna have held my hand and smoothed the path to completion. Whenever there was a tangle, they helped me to get through it. I can’t express enough how grateful I am.

A heartfelt gratitude goes to Peter Walker who consistently provided quick responses, even outside regular hours, and offered full support and valuable knowledge throughout the process. I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking a reliable mortgage advisor.

TrustpilotPersonalised Mortgage Broker
While a well-known broker abandoned my case without further investigation, I am glad to be introduced to Balgores own mortgage broker, who not only found a BTL offer with the constraints that came with the property but also ensured a decent interest in light of today's increasing interest rate. It really worked for me. Thank you, Ali.

GoogleBalgores was great to work with especially mark claxton. He was very patient with me when I kept telling him I hadn’t received documents and it was me being blind not realising I needed to set up an account. After that the process was easy .I would definitely recommend Balgores.

Great service from both Gemma and Mackensie, constantly kept me updated and were available even when they were on annual leave. Went above and beyond to secure my mortgage and complete all paper work efficiently and within a quick time frame. I would highly recommend their services for any new home buyers or buyers with adverse credit scores.
