As the majority of the reviews state. The company are very unprofessional and lack respect for customers. A male who answered the phone was ill-mannered and seemed to be pleased with going back and fourth with a customer. For future recommendation to the specific person, if you are unhappy at your job, find another. There are plenty of agencies providing opportunities.

Had my property on with haart and beresfords and they couldn't let it and avaoided my calls. David and Kim came round and had it let within a week with feed back every time. It's not a lot to ask for just rent the property and let me no what's going on. Thanks to Apple property services for getting me rented.

Dear Mrs Khan, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. As an independent estate agent we take pride in our customer service and hold ourselves to very high standards. I apologise you feel we have not met your expectations on this occasion, however I think it is fair to say we have two very different views on the situation that occurred. In every estate agents, Saturday is an extremely busy day for appointments. We arranged a 3pm appointment with your mother. Your mother did not show for this appointment, and we waited for 35 minutes for her to attend. We are a very busy agents, with back to back appointments. My colleague had another appointment to attend and waited as long as he possibly could so as to accommodate your mothers lateness. After your mother stopped answering to my colleague he sent a text message to confirm he was leaving and went to his next appointment. When your mother arrived for her 3pm appointment, at 3:45pm (45 minutes late) my colleague was already on another viewing- which he confirmed with you. We will not allow other appointments to run late due to your own lateness. Whilst I appreciate your frustration, unfortunately we try our best to accommodate all applicants, however if you are running late for an appointment you should take responsibility for that, and be respectful of peoples time. We did attempt to rearrange the appointment with you but you refused to rearrange. If you wish to discuss this further we are more than happy to do so, our contact number is: 01708 704 768. David ‘Apple property services’ is a trap and fraudster, conning the people. CoVid-19 does not bothered him. One side they are conning the people and on the other side claiming business grant from the government. David knows what he is up to. Business and Local Authority should revoke his license.
