We enquired about a property for renting and David ask us to come for viewing. The place was not much familiar to us. We went there on time and waited there for half an hour for him but no one responds and later he told us he didn’t confirm the appointment for viewing. That was the recent experience happened to us from this Apple Property Service. Totally disrespectful and disappointed… 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫

David is an absolute legend and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met in the property business. I rented a flat from him in Romford for a year and honestly never had a single issue. Everything was always smooth and stress-free. Even when I paid my last month’s rent 10 days late, David was so understanding, he never made it into a problem and didn’t charge me any extra fees. That really shows how fair and genuine he is compared to many other landlords or agents. Apple Property is by far the best letting and estate agency in Romford, Hornchurch, and the surrounding areas. They are professional, reliable, and treat tenants with respect. If you’re looking for a trustworthy property agent, I highly recommend David and the Apple Property team. Nobody would show up for the viewing. Only go with this agency if you have time to waste. David and this agency are just unreliable and unprofessional. UPDATE: I’ve noticed the agency is now claiming that I was unable to find the property. This is completely untrue. I was told hours later, after receiving no answer, that the tenant was “apparently sick.” Please make your story consistent and stop wasting people’s time. I wouldn’t normally complain this much, but it’s clear this agency has a repeated pattern of not showing up to scheduled viewings.

Thanks again David & team. I had previously used a well known household name to attempt to sell my property. I don’t know it at the time but they had overpriced my property and then spent the next 4 months making me reduce it and putting in offers well below asking price. I decided to shop around for a new agent and I am so glad I came across David. He is extremely knowledgeable and forth coming and was so patient and understanding given my previous experience. Selling your home is stressful enough I’m just glad you were able to relieve some of my stresses.

Went for a viewing on Bennison drive Harold wood on 30/7/2025 as per guidance from agent David (apple property service) reached there by 6 pm directly from work place. Cannot recommend Apple highly enough, David and his team have been nothing short of helpful, professional and knowledgeable from first contact to follow up. They respond promptly whatever method of contact I have used and have found what I consider to be an Excellent tenant for my property. David and his team were true professionals from start to finish. I have been a private landlord for over 15 years so I’m qualified to comment/compare his service/fees vs other letting agents. Its refreshing to have a firm such as Apple being so attentive to my needs (as opposed to their own). David was transparent and honest from the initial contact and was always contactable during our search for new tenants. His fees were very competitive (potentially market leading) and his service was good value for money. Me being first time in UK and nobody really able to guide me how to find a good agent, by Chance i came across David's advertisement. After Meeting him during my first viewing i got rid of all the fears which People warned me about the bad agents who just try to get the fees and disappear. Having previously used 2 of the well known agents locally, I was approached by Apple Property Services to market my property. My only regret is not finding them sooner. They took brilliant photos of my property and marketed it immediately. David has been available at all times and always looked out for my best interests. He found me not one, but two tenants within a week- a task the other agents had been unable to achieve. Their fees are half of those of other agents but they are worth their weight in gold. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency.

As a first time landlord it’s quite daunting to find out who to trust and who offers the best service. I was a bit sceptical at first going with a small estate agent vs. the usual high street names, but very glad I did in the end. Not only did I save a lot of money esp. with the special offer Apple Property had on at the time , I received a fantastic dedicated service. David gave me all the details I needed as soon as I got in contact with him, and communication was efficient from start to finish thanks to his prompt responses via text messaging. He understood exactly what kind of tenants I was looking for, managed to bring in a variety of potential tenants who came to view my property (almost as soon as I signed up) and he weighed up all the options for me. I appreciated the fact he understood my concerns and preferences, not trying to push me towards one or another choice, plus gave me his honest/professional opinion of which one he would go for. David was also very flexible with arrangements, was happy to accommodate all my specific requests (eg updating contract clauses, money arrangement etc.) and remained contactable outside of business hours. Very happy with the experience, highly recommended to all landlords for a tailored value for money service.

They have now listed the property as let agreed even thought they have not rented it and said that is the only way they cant remove the listing from Rightmove portal, apparently because the system they use to post in rightmove is different to other agents, this is simply not correct and I'll have to email rightmove to get this removed when they could easily take the listing down themselves but an assuming they want to promote that they have successful lets.

I would not give it 1 star, but this review doesn't let me lower it. The worst experience ever! the managing Director Mis-sold and breached his own contract and gave me a property in disrepair wouldn't return my money over £7K+ that I had to pay for a holiday let property. He retrospectively changed the details in the advert after I challenged him and to return my money which he kept on stone walling me. There lots more he has done that I can't put on here. I hope people don't have to go through what he put me through! Addition: 16/11/2023: I was overseas how could I have seen the property, I only saw the property physically the day you told me to sign and secure it and said cleaning was in progress SO STOP lying. Please respond to my legal emails if that is what you claim. BUT haven't responded because you now you are a lier. Also how could I stay in a disrepair property and you have also changed the locks when I left the property due to all the issues. I am waiting for my solicitors to draft the final letter to you. See you in court.
