GooglePoor quality service. Chantelle wasn’t helpful at all. She seemed bored and annoyed at the property viewing. This is not the attitude I was expecting from an agent. I would not recommend this agency. They just don’t care about their customers. My advice: There are many other agencies in Horley area happy to help and to do their jobs with professionalism.

She was highly professional and helpful throughout, dealing with our constant stream of questions in a very timely and efficient manner. She was even chasing up solicitors for us who were dragging their feet! Highly recommended.

GoogleI have moved house numerous times. Never have I come across such a professional estate agency as JamesDean! All the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming, and were hands down the best at sourcing viewings and bringing the property to sale! Nothing was too much for them. Wow!

GoogleTerrible service do rent rent buy or sell with these people. There let signs are everywhere because they do not take them down. Make sure you photograph every part of property you are renting or they will try to keep your deposit. The customer service is good until they have your money it is then none existent.

Googleeasy to deal with the team, they called back straight away if they wern't available when we called, we bought AND sold via james dean. kept buyers and sellers informed and content despite teething issues with solicitors. they made it happen and talked straight and direct. we already have another property we will be using them for

GoogleVery well organised Estate Agent. From picking up the keys to dropping them off, they make you feel welcome. The attention to detail and information they give you when moving into your new property is very good, with advice when moving in also. Free bottle of wine went down a treat too! Cheers!

GoogleTheir lettings are awful. They refuse to undertake repairs and work with dodgy slum landlords who don't care about their properties or tenants. Avoid for lettings at all costs.
