Blake handled the viewing and referencing and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I must mention how very happy I am with the redecoration made before I moved in. GoogleI have to say we received a 5 star service from Rob Bailey!! Even when the chips were down and it looked like we were never going to complete, Rob was on hand to offer help, answer any queries, worries or concerns we had. He kept us updated throughout, even to the point of being the go between the solicitors and other estate agents in the chain to ensure the sale continued. Rob was certainly a pleasure to do business with and would definitely use him again. Thank you!!!

GoogleHaving sold and bought 4 houses I have experienced quite a few Estate Agents - Good and Bad. The sales team at James Deans were professional but friendly, very pro active and very patient if you wanted more clarity. Before the first viewing they had obviously done as much as they could to know everything about the property and the area. They all made the entire selling process as easy as possible and a lot less stressful. Ben could not have gone more out of his way to secure the sale and all the team helped in every way possible. I felt in safe hands. I have never felt strong enough about anything before to write a review, but in this instance it would have felt wrong had I not. I wish Chris, the Manager and his team, all the best in continuing to be a First Class Estate Agents. EXCELLENT.
