GoogleVery poor customer service would not recommend at all. Fine all time everything's going well but get a problem and they dont want to know. Dont return calls dont reply to emails they just totally lost interest. Very disappointed. Go elsewhere for your selling agent theres loads of others out there.

GoogleOne of the most professional estate agents I have dealt with. Nicola MacDonald on the sales progression team is quite simply fantastic. Her communication skills are exemplary. She replied to emails quickly, dealt with problems effectively and was the linchpin for the entire chain. I cannot rate her services highly enough.

Facebookit asks what do you recommend about choice properties well my answer is everything highly fantastic from.start.to finish selling my house in 5 weeks wow amazing staff kept me.fully.informed.everyday arranged a solicitor which was also fantastic nothing was ever.to much.trouble they all went above and beyond I would recommend to everyone selling or buying don't look any further than choice because as.it says in the name you have definitely made the right choice

GoogleChoices were the estate agents I purchased my house from. It was a difficult chain due to solicitors but the sales progression was handled by Nicola who was always on the ball and pushed really hard to get it completed. I would happily recommend them.

GoogleWORST AGENCY IN THE UK. I moved from my country with a signed contract to move into a house. When I arrived there, I couldn´t go into the house because of fire risk and I had to pay for an hotel myself for 11 days until they get me another home (lot more expensive than the one I had the contract with). After all this, they haven´t been helpfull at all with trouble caused at home. And they let your landlord go inside your house once and again without letting you know they´re going.

GoogleRented for a year with choices horley, when we left they tried to take 700 quid from our deposit for the silliest of little things: 1. The tray for powder in washing machine was dirty, easy miss 2. Some dirt/food on the hinge of the dishwasher 3. They inspected the house a week after we left, in the mean time the postman came and posted letters, as he does, a photo was taken of the letters on the ground, I mean really? 4. They tried to charge us for a full carpet deep clean even though on the check in inventory when we first moved in was described as covered in dog hair 5. We cleaned the fridge top to bottom but left a jar of milk for tea in morning which was forgotten about in the haste of moving out. Again not a big problem to remove Just be aware people, you have been warned. I don't know where some of choices great reviews come from, it baffles me.
