went to the anchor for the first time in a while however was disappointed to see a young chap who i later found out was 17 years old serving me at the bar. I think this is very inappropriate having someone so young and inexperienced working was not pleasing to say the least. Will be returning but not very happy at the moment.

I moved into Beaufort Court on 31/1/23 and am really happy there. The Scheme Managers Sue and Sarah have been very helpful and supportive. Also any maintenance requested were carried out within a reasonable timeline. The gardens are beautiful here and the communal areas always kept clean and tidy. Please keep on doing what you are doing Anchor l!

Not all bad. But not all good either... Lots of bodged repairs by contractors. Lots of return visits to "improve" those bodges.Lack of support from senior managers on ongoing issues of petty theft and damage to property. Location manager is a gem, but is fighting against "protocol" that's useless in its effectiveness.

From start to finish the Anchor staff have been superb, both during telephone conversations and in person at Granville Lodge. I received my keys today from Yinka and Julie and they could not have been kinder or more professional. Based on my own experience I would highly recommend Anchor.

I reported a leaking sink, I rung the repairs department asking when the repair would be done the lady I spoke to rung Trevor’s company, Trevor came at 6pm that evening then arranged to return the next day to do the repair which he did. He was efficient and knowledgeable. I’m very pleased, thanks to all at Anchor

My mother is 94 and is a resident of Rossefield Manor a Hanover assisted living home. I feel so lucky that my mother lives here. It has such a caring supportive and safe environment. It is a wonderful place.
