GoogleMy house was fairly unique and probably a tricky house to sell but the staff at Simon Brien did all they could to find me a buyer .The property was agreed several times to different buyers but the sale fell through on 3 occasions through no fault of the estate agents. I was kept informed at every stage and any dealings whether in person or by telephone were always pleasant and courteous. I would particularly commend the services of Barbara Nelson with whom I had the most contact but my thanks to all the staff at Simon Brien Residential, Holywood. Barbara Foster

GoogleThe team at Simon Brien are second to none; from valuation to sale I received the highest level of customer service from all members of staff. Tiffany negotiated a fantastic sale of my house, while David Best worked tirelessly to get it over the line. He also got me a new house that wasn't yet on the market and was exactly what I was looking for. They know their stuff and were always able to help with my queries, no questions asked. Would highly recommend!

GoogleThis company are downright dodgy. They sent down a pair of prospective buyers interested in our site but did not come down to represent our interests. These people wanted to build on our site without buying it and instead give us a share of the profits. They refused to talk about actual figures though, saying 'today is not about numbers, It's about getting to know you.' The next week the sign advertising our site was taken down. I phoned to ask why and was told 'you are in negotiations the site'. I removed our house and site from.the market immediately. I don't know whose interests they were representing but it certainly wasn't ours.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Rented me an apartment with dog urine ava mold everywhere. Very slow to fix things during the tenancy. Kept my deposit at end for no reason.

Very professional management of the viewings and queries. The online MySherryFitzgerald platform bidding system was transparent and most fair and we wish all estate agents used this system.
