Customer Care Home Visit

Today, I was visited by Caroline and Laura. I have been dealing with Caroline for the last few months and she has been fantastic in pushing to get the snag list completed on our property. It was such a breath of fresh air to have a face to face visit from the customer care team today and Laura was able to complete a few jobs whilst here, going above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and that what she did was to a very high standard. I can’t express enough what a difference it makes to have a home visit, so thank you. There are still a few things to do but I have been left today with the reassurance and confidence that all will be sorted and to a standard that I am more than happy with. Thank you so much!Olivia

We moved into our property in December…

We moved into our property in December 2023 and were looked after by Lyndsey from customer services and Gary our site manager, from the date of completion. We had a few very minor snags that were rectified quickly and efficiently, nothing was too much trouble and the communication from them was (and still is) excellent. Not one for reviews really but I wanted to do a special shout out to Peter at the Brompton mews site!From start to finish Peter (sales) has been amazing with both myself and my husband. We were very anxious coming into buying our new home and there was so much information to get our heads around but Peter was always on hand reassuring and going through everything each step of the way! Laura is excellent at her job at Avant Homes. Her workmanship is of top quality and no job is too small. Laura is lovely, kind, easy to get along with whilst still being professional. Laura will do anything to help. She has completed numerous snagging issues for us and over the last 12 months and she has really changed my perception of Avant. Caroline at customer services has also been amazing. She has been out to our house with Laura on a couple of occasions and she works so hard to get any issues sorted as soon as possible. She is friendly whilst staying professional and so helpful. Both Laura and Caroline have really changed my perception of Avant Homes.

So delighted that we choose to visit Jackton Green

So delighted that we decided to visit the site and reserve our plot back in October. We had the best support throughout and that continues now that we are in. The process was made easy and everyone at Avant that we have met and spoke to have been amazing! Special mention to Jacqueline who has been fantastic. Always at the other end of the phone giving support and taking away any worries we had. It’s great that we can still see her on site for a while longer! We moved in days before Christmas, with the team doing everything to get us into our new home. The finish of the home is great and finished to a high standard. We have been booked in to go over any snagging, which is minimal. The development itself is lovely and already meeting new neighbours. We are extremely happy with our Avant home and would highly recommend Jackton Green.

Brompton Mews Purchase

We have recently purchased and moved into our potential forever home with Avant at Brompton Mews. After having a new build in the past with a different company, I was skeptical, but I had no reason to be.Right from the very beginning, our sales advisor Peter has been fantastic and still is. He goes above and beyond to assist in every aspect of our house buying journey from last minute changes to general concerns and enquires. No task seems to phase him and we are always greeted with a smile. I left the review for a short period after moving in to my new property to assess the standard of the aftercare, due to other reviews. I can say that even after the sale we are having a positive experience with Avant and hopefully it continues whilst we finalise our minor snags from an overall well built property.

Jackton Green

Cannot fault the service that we received from Jaqueline and the site managers at Jackton Green. From inception to aftercare, they have been nothing but helpful, friendly and delivered a beautiful home for my family. Any small issue that we have had with the house has been fixed within a couple of days and all of the people have been very respectful of our home. We would highly recommend buying a home on this site as the homes have been built to a very high standard. We were moved in on the agreed date and we’re given a very detailed demonstration of the house. And have subsequently had very few snagging issues. Thanks to Jacqueline and Alex for making moving home so easy!

Abbey at Greenward's Point Easingwold

Abbey the young saleswoman at Greenwards Point Easingwold was excellent. She was personable, helpful and knowledgeable. We arrived at a very busy time this afternoon and Abbey juggled all four sets of customers calmly and efficiently. My friend was choosing between a two bed bungalow and a three bed house. Abbey gave her time to consider the descriptions. She didn't hurry my friend or push info on. Abbey waited to be asked anout the properties. I was very impressed.

Great service at the Summerville site!

Reserved a plot on the Summerville Village development and due to move in this week. I originally dealt with Angela who was brilliant and helped me find the perfect plot. I now deal with Bella the sales advisor who has also been amazing throughout. Answered all my questions and has been supportive every step. Always super friendly and helpful during meetings and is always at the end of the phone when needed.I was also recommended to use their solicitors on their panel - Jackson’s law and I’m so glad I did! I know most people don’t usually have great things to say about their solicitors but I can’t fault them at all. Daniel especially has been a saviour. No question is too much hassle and he has reassured me through every step.As stressful as selling and buying a house is, Bella & Daniel have made it so much better and the added reassurance has really helped.Can’t wait to move into my new home hopefully this week!

We first met Jane at the Desborough site who was so friendly and helpful and kindly asked Caroline in Barton Seagrave to show us around two houses so we could see the layout of the homes. Caroline went above and beyond and stayed one hour and ten minutes past her closing time of 5pm. Incredible customer service and so friendly and helpful. We will be back to buy one of her houses all because of her incredible customer service. What an incredible asset she is to have working for your company.

The team at Brecks Lane Park

We have just moved into our new property on Brecks Lane Park, Rotherham. Jane our sales advisor has been fantastic throughout the process from the first day we visited site. She has guided us through the process of buying our new home and kept us in the loop every step of the way with weekly build updates. Even now we are moved in she is still there for anything we need. Lisa has also been great, our new homes coordinator. We part exchanged our old property and honestly this took so much stress out of moving. Lisa was brilliant when coordinating with ourselves and the solicitors and we couldn’t believe how smoothly our exchange and house move went. Andy one of the site managers has also been great and completed a thorough demonstration of our house with us before we moved in. Anything we have needed sorting has been sorted quickly and attentively. Jade our customer liaison manager has also been brilliant. She arranged to visit this week to check how we were getting on in our new house. She is super friendly and helpful and is extremely knowledgeable on any questions we asked. Overall our experience has been excellent right from the start with the team at Brecks Lane Park and we are super happy with our lovely new home.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES

After sales customer service is shockingly bad! 2 years of fighting for snagging issues to be rectified! Lie after lie from them. Calls and emails ignored. Appalling attitude from customer services team. Such a shame as we love our home and the area we live in, and would have otherwise been very happy! It must cost them more money paying customer services staff to fight with you than if they just fixed the issues. Extremely poorly run company!
