The team at Brecks Lane Park

We have just moved into our new property on Brecks Lane Park, Rotherham. Jane our sales advisor has been fantastic throughout the process from the first day we visited site. She has guided us through the process of buying our new home and kept us in the loop every step of the way with weekly build updates. Even now we are moved in she is still there for anything we need. Lisa has also been great, our new homes coordinator. We part exchanged our old property and honestly this took so much stress out of moving. Lisa was brilliant when coordinating with ourselves and the solicitors and we couldn’t believe how smoothly our exchange and house move went. Andy one of the site managers has also been great and completed a thorough demonstration of our house with us before we moved in. Anything we have needed sorting has been sorted quickly and attentively. Jade our customer liaison manager has also been brilliant. She arranged to visit this week to check how we were getting on in our new house. She is super friendly and helpful and is extremely knowledgeable on any questions we asked. Overall our experience has been excellent right from the start with the team at Brecks Lane Park and we are super happy with our lovely new home.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES

After sales customer service is shockingly bad! 2 years of fighting for snagging issues to be rectified! Lie after lie from them. Calls and emails ignored. Appalling attitude from customer services team. Such a shame as we love our home and the area we live in, and would have otherwise been very happy! It must cost them more money paying customer services staff to fight with you than if they just fixed the issues. Extremely poorly run company!

We have moved into draffen park

We have moved into draffen park. We have had a couple of issues like you would get with any new build. Lynne has been amazing. She has organised everything for us to be sorted so quick. She is honestly an asset to the company. We are also getting regular calls to make sure there is no other issues or anything that can be helped with. Moving in of course entails lots of boxes and rubbish and avant have put skips in our driveway for rubbish and took it away for us as well. It’s the small things that really make life that much easier. 100/10 would recommend an avant home. People are so quick to write bad experience reviews and you don’t get to see the good ones. But honestly this move and house has been life changing for us and we cannot thank avant enough for their help.

Avant homes and their staff have been absolutely amazing. Any issues are resolved very quickly and would like to mention Paul Anderson, who has been very crucial in completing some small issues. Everything has been completed and I am settled in my new home very well. Would recommend Avant to any contractor looking to contract building works especially for new homes. All the staff have been truly amazing from Site Managers to Builders such as Paul. Thank you to everyone :-)

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE - COPPER GARDENS

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Sales Management were amazing, the communication & support was great. Sales advisors were fab, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about the experience they were providing. The process from first stepping into the sales office to date has been a pleasure. Customer care have been fantastic, especially Lyndsey. The response times to deal with any issues we had, have been outstanding, you can tell when someone has a passion for what they do and that was clear with Lyndsey. The site manager Jak has been great, pushing his team to complete outstanding issues and always on hand if needed. We still have a few issues outstanding but I am very confident they will be resolved to the standard we have received so far. Love the house, Love Avant - I couldn't recommend them more.

Jackton Green Customer Service Above Excellent

Went to see the development at Jackton Green to look to downsize. Was interested in a certain house type and plot. The sales person Colina was friendly, bubbly, enthusiastic about the development and easily put me at ease with the process. Peter and Brompton Mews

We moved into our new Avant Home at Brompton Mews at the end of August. Peter Brownless in the sales office has been 5* throughout the process explaining everything to us and assisting to keep our move on track (we were in a chain). Peter also helped us to choose our options for kitchen, tiling, flooring etc. and we are very pleased with the results in our new home. Peter has remained professional and friendly at all times. Since we have moved in we have had positive meetings with Lyndsey from Customer Services and Gary the Site Manager regarding the handful of inevitable new build snaggings and several of these have been resolved already. One star dropped due to the condition of the outside areas and external doors on handover but we have been reassured that the issues will be resolved as soon as possible. This is a lovely development and we are particularly pleased with our plot choice.

Greensward Point: Feedback after we moved in

I've written my feedback before about the sales process in Greensward Point, Easingwold, which was very easygoing thanks to Mel :) The development was completed on time. Now, I want to give feedback after we moved in. First of all, I would like to say thank you to Craig and Andy, who were extremely helpful in answering all of our questions. They are very responsible and responsive. We found some minor issues after we moved in, and they were swiftly resolved. Second, I see that all site workers are very responsible in all they do, the development goes smoothly, and houses are being sold fast. It is clear to me that the entire development is being handled professionally. So, if you are considering buying it - don't delay. All services like water, waste collection, and deliveries were set up properly in this new neighbourhood. Even though Greensward Point is still growing, everything is arranged efficiently for the residents already living here. My family is thrilled with our new home and neighbourhood.

Jackton Green - Excellence from the start

From start to finish we have had a great experience with Avant Homes. With no intention to buy a new build yet experiencing losing out on bidding for properties, we gave Jackton Green a merely speculative look and it’s turned out to be a wonderful decision.The property was finished to a high standard with all sorts of modern and high spec finishes and fittings, appliances are wonderful, ceilings are high and all the mod cons a family could need. We just love the spacious layout, aesthetics and safe location (with double parking spaces!).We could not have asked for more efficient, friendly and professional service - with Jacqueline in particular going above and beyond, plus the home demos we had from the site managers. We experienced a very challenging moving day (my buyer’s funds were lost, resulting in a delay to moving day from Friday to following Monday) and we could not have had more support and kindness from Jacqueline who did everything she could for us and worked with such compassion and professionalism. Nothing was too much to ask.We love our new home and any reservations we had about a new build have been completely blown out of the water. Any of the usual snags can be dealt with quickly and easily - just brilliant. Neighbourhood is peaceful, safe and feels like a total life upgrade.100% would recommend Avant and Jackton Green.

Excellent customer service from the beginning of our search to moving In to our new home at Jackton Green

We were searching for our perfect new home and found it on our 2nd visit to Jacqueline at the Jackton Green sales office, looking to downsize and having met Jacqueline previously in the sales office at Greenhall Village she knew exactly what we were looking for and immediately pointed us in the direction we needed with a gentle push to plot 99 as we were hesitant at the thought of buying smaller. Her experience, patience, and calming nature helped us massively throughout the process which took around 6 months from reservation to completion due to delays with the sale of our own home, without her reassurance I would probably have threw the towel in a long time ago, so glad that she was always there with her level head and patience. Any communication with the head office in Stirling was efficient and again the advice given was spot on.The handover given by the site foreman Jimmy was superb with all the information we needed to settle in straight away, and follow up calls dealt with professionally in a timely manner.In short the experience from start to finish we received has been excellent and I cannot thank all the Avant personnel enough for their assistance throughout with the gold star award going to Jacqueline.

Had a problem with an outside light not…

Had a problem with an outside light not coming on at the front of the house after we had been in home for 15 months, logged concern on Avants website at 12:00hrs Thursday 17th December and they sent an electrician out 12:00hrs 18th of December who fixed it.
