I have now sold two properties with Putterills, based on the recommendation of a friend who had sold her last three houses with them. I can now firmly make recommendations of my own and I cannot rate Putterills highly enough! From long before I instructed them to put my last property on the market, they were phenomenal, with Henry offering fantastic advice and steering me in the right direction as to what I ought to be doing. They put my house on the market at about 3 pm on a tuesday and had contacted me with an asking price offer by 3 pm the next day. The property sold for more that the valuation price and Helen kept in contact with me throughout the whole process, neither being distant or pushy. The balance that the whole team at Putterills achieved was exactly what I needed. If anyone is looking to sell a property within the areas that Putterills cover, they should not hesitate to give them a call. I only wish that they covered the area that I am now living in, so that, should I need to sell my current house, I could use them!

GoogleDon't waste your time. Used online chat to try and find out about fees for selling, but was not able to book valuation or find out fees by online chat. Putterills called back several days later. Lack of availability for valuations. Refused to share fees for selling over the phone. Next day Putterills phoned to move the planned valuation visit. Eventually received quote for 2.5% fees. Time wasters and Jokers - use someone else! Edit to clarify - Putterills quoted my partner £4000+vat fee on £190,000 property (2.53%).
Dear Alice, thank you for your comments. We do not have you on our system, so I can't comment specifically. However, we respond to enquiries as soon as possible and certainly within a few working hours. We are an extremely busy office, so we get booked up for days in advance, which I would see as a positive. We do not charge 2.5%. We do have a minimum fee for properties under £300,000, which may or not have been applicable in your situation. If this were the case it is a fixed amount, not a percentage as we would usually charge. GoogleNot very informative, expect to be kept in the dark without any updates unless you chase them 24/7 for an update, they wont give you a call back if you ask, if you put an offer in for a rental, expect bidding wars on rental properties on their applications and no updates. GooglePutterills dealt with the sale of our property. We received a professional friendly and transparent service. They facilitated many viewings and professionally dealt with negotiations when offers were made. The process, despite a small chain was slow. This was not the fault of Putterills but for their part they kept me updated and did what they could to influence progress despite the issues being out of their control. I have no hesitation in recommending Putterills.
