Great experience with Putterills selling and buying at an exceptionally busy time in the market. They were fantastic and professional with getting our house sold. But I hadn't realised that that's only a small part of the job of an estate agent. Their dedicated post-offer team member helped us to navigate an awful solicitor and kept us moving forward during various delays and frustrations. Definitely worth the few extra quid of commission versus a cheaper agent. Thanks to the whole team!

I started renting a flat through Putterills Hitchin a few months ago and I could not be happier with the service I have received. I have never rented on my own before so felt unsure about many aspects of the process. The staff at Putterills (namely Natalie and Janine who deal with my correspondence) have been so patient, kind and supportive throughout the entire process. No query or question (even the ones I look back on now and cringe about!) has ever been too much for them, and they've always gone above and beyond with their help and assistance.

Initial contact and marketing was very good. Trailed off as the initial point of contact left the business during the COVID-19 onset in 2020, however at later stages following challenges with the chain, were outstanding. Support and straight-talking advice during the period from offer to exchange nothing short of fantastic. Thoroughly recommended.

Putterills dealt with the sale of our property. We received a professional friendly and transparent service. They facilitated many viewings and professionally dealt with negotiations when offers were made. The process, despite a small chain was slow. This was not the fault of Putterills but for their part they kept me updated and did what they could to influence progress despite the issues being out of their control. I have no hesitation in recommending Putterills.

I wouldn't recommend renting through Putterills. Lettings seems to be really short staffed so any problems seem to take an age to get fixed. They really need a better system for reporting maintenance issues.

I have moved house a number of times but my experience with Putterills has surpassed all previous ones. Nick, Helen, James, Alex and the rest of the team didn't just sell my house. They were proactive, friendly, reassuring and helpful, facilitating and guiding me through the process (the first time I have done it on my own). I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them.
