The team have been friendly and absolutely professional with the willingness to support the Users of their Agency where possible. GoogleIve rented and sold Via Lenwell, They have alway been helpful and answered any questions. When being shown around properties they always have knowledge of the place, (Ive been show around by Saturday stuff at other agents who have no knowledge of the house) Would highly recommend if you want a friendly helpful service with staff who know the business of property.

GoogleVery helpful and when responsive regarding communication and respones to my queries for setting up the initial tenancy. However, management of the property is slow to response to repair requests and does not provide a out of hours service. I have had to chase up in order for repairs to be organised and conducted.

GoogleLenwell took over our property as agents earlier this year. As landlords, we have had professional and helpful service from them. Items that needed attending to have been done promptly and they found us new tenants very quickly. Would recommend them if you are a landlord looking for an agent to manage your property.

Their representative turned up almost immediately to assess the property , was very knowledgable on the state of the market and found us a tenant within in a few weeks. When we decided to sell the property, we therefore had high confidence in Leaders to find a buyer.
