Overall a standard estate agents. When I picked up the keys to our new house, I was asked to take a photo with one of their frames for Facebook which was pretty fun. There is definitely room for improvement on communication, prior to moving in I was constantly asking for updates and requesting for items to be removed and new waste bins ordered and this was not done in advance of us moving in. During tenancy communication again could be improved, definitely like the reporting or repairs procedure as this works well.

Leaders Hitchin were all very professional and helpful in organising my first letting. I only had a week to arrange my move and they were on top of getting my credit checks done as fast as possible always keeping me updated. Alex went the extra mile in staying at work after closing time to give me the keys on my moving date as well as a surprise happy move in day gift. One of the most positive experiences I have had with a lettings agency, and I have moved house many times over the years. From the start, they returned calls, promptly. Helen, Patricia & Alex kept me informed and were thorough in getting things done. Since I lived a fair distance away, they also offered to meet me at the property to give me the keys, saving me a day off work. I have no hesitation in recommending Leaders.

By far the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. As a tenant and/or landlord I can only recommend you avoid this company like the plague. Nothing but problems on top of problems, lies after lies and excuses after excuses. No results, no action, nothing but disappointment. They do not care about landlords, tenants or human beings at all. They only care about your money. They should care more about their reputation because they have made it impossible for me to say a single good word about them as a business.

Alex from Leaders was excellent from beginning to end, he got me in super quickly to view the property for myself after viewing on the 360 (also a great perk!) very responsive to emails and questions and made my moving in experience so quick & easy!
