GoogleWe had to re-schedule a viewing 3 times, because they only checked with the seller the day before - even though we'd booked the viewing a week earlier! We had some questions after the viewing; they never got back to us. The house has now gone off the market, which they never told us either. Rubbish experience and really put me off buying with them.

From start to finish the whole process of selling our house was exemplary. The sale went through unbelievably quickly and we obtained the full price we were seeking. GoogleSomeone came round my place in February for a valuation. He seemed completely disinterested and despite promising a full quote etc. be sent over following the appointment, we never heard back. Used another agent in town and moved two weeks ago. Would avoid and use other agents in town!
