I would 100% recommend Country Properties. They have been brilliant from start to finish with the sale of our house. Every person we have spoken to has been professional, friendly, efficient and kept us up to date clearly at all times regarding where we were up to. A really brilliant estate agency and I would recommend to anyone. Sasha in particular has regularly gone above and beyond what she had to do and has been brilliant.

GoogleI've had a very poor experience with James and Lucy at this branch when looking for a property to buy. Too many details to share but just be aware that customer service is unreliable and poor.

GoogleWe chose Country Properties to sell the house largely because they promised a first class chasing service to see a deal through from an offer to completion. Although our purchasers acted very properly there seemed to be an endless string of delays with questions from lenders and surveyors that needed sorting out. Having Becky keeping chasing to resolve these issues and keeping everyone informed was essential to a successful outcome.

GoogleCalled multiple times over 2 days to try and book in viewings and kept being told I would be called back but this didn't happen. Really disappointing that I never even got far enough to leave them a review on how they were with viewings as it never got that far. In the time it took for me to get hold of someone to try and arrange viewings, some of the properties had been let. Ended up going with another local letting agent and got a much better service.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleI personally do not recommend them to anyone. They are courteous but not so helpful especially if you a foreigner or else they did not reject all of my viewing requests, without any pre-check or personal encounter, with excuses like "...that will be to many people to live in this property" or "...wear and tear reasons" only on the basis of my name. On these excuses, my native colleagues laughed out loud. We never were been in a business relationship earlier with them (or any other agency) and we are a couple with good references, in full employment for a longer-term, so I do not know what about they are talking... Everyone can decide about the cooperation with them or form their private opinion. :/ (1 star just because with zero I was unable to post the review)

From the very beginning they were honest, realistic, very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They kept us well informed before and after each viewing and gave us excellent feedback on everything. Everyone was very courteous, professional and highly ethical. Good at keeping me in the loop as well, especially as the chain further ahead broke down at one point so there was, suddenly and unexpectedly, a lot of new information to take in. I found everyone at the company very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleDisappointing experience with potential buyers being told 'if the sellers had put it on the market for £200K less it would have sold by now' despite the agent setting the price. The only reason i did not give it 1 star is because we eventually managed to achieve our price (with another agent) but Country Properties gracefully managed the transaction to the end (the eventual purchasers had originally viewed through them).
