I can thoroughly recommend Belvoir Sales. Jan is the Jedi master of sales negotiators. She worked tirelessly on our sale and never waivered in keeping on top of every element from chasing solicitors to keeping everyone informed throughout the whole process. Jan definitely doesn't see problems only solutions. Without doubt the best estate agent sales negotiator we have ever experienced. My advice don't go anywhere else. Go to Belvoir straight away.

Our tenants of 5 years recently decided to move out and within 1 week Stephanie at Belvoir had lined up 4 prospective tenants for us to consider. She also guided us on what she considered required attention after 5 years of fair wear and tear to maintain the flat's appeal in the current market. I have dealt with many of the staff at Belvoir over the course of the 5 years including Davinder, Emma, Megan, Conor and Jan (who also sold us our current house in a previous life) and have found all of them to be helpful, flexible, knowledgeable and professional and fully justified the faith I put in Belvoir when I selected them to look after our flat rental. Update :- We have now been with Belvoir for 9 years and gave them another property to look after for us in 2021. In addition to the aforementioned staff we have more recently had the pleasure of dealing with Bronte Rockall for property management and Kacey Avis when seeking replacement tenants for one of the properties this year. They continue the Belvoir tradition of exemplary service in our opinion. Bronte gives us peace of mind by ensuring that any issues with the flats are dealt with in a timely manner and keeping us updated on progress to resolution. After one of our tenants moved out this year and our excellent main contact for tenants Stephanie was on holiday, Kacey went the extra mile to try and help find replacement tenants. Further Update :- Since 2015 when we placed our first rental property with Belvoir to manage we have had regular contact with Emma Nolan amongst others at Belvoir. During that time she has been one of our main interfaces with the tenants and as such has been a major contributor to the smooth running of the tenancies and the positive relationship with our tenants, both of which are very important to us as landlords.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Rented a property in Hitchin which was let to us with no working heating or hot water for the first week, told us to fill the bath with hot water as a solution. Very unhelpful and rude when asked to sort the issue, was also during the cold snap in Feb 2021 so the property was absolutely freezing when we arrived. During the tenancy the property was accessed without notice a number of times along with the landlord which is illegal. Complained at the time and it was never really dealt with. Managed to get most of the deposit back when we left, would never ever ever trust them again.

A Jewel In the Crown! 5***** Belvoir Hitchin - Platinum Business & Platinum People! I just wish I’d gone there first! I had previously contracted the sale of my house with another recognised estate agent with a nationwide network. After 6 months of being catastrophically let down, mislead & stressed by (I could write a book on), I researched & found reviews for Belvoir (Hitchin). I should have researched better in the first instance! I can’t speak more highly of John & Jan, Stuart & the Hitchin branch. Viewings were in abundance, but importantly they were quality viewings with appropriately matched buyers who were also equally financially matched, no timewasters. The property was marketed & photographed at a higher standard than any other estate agent that I’d used, seen, or reviewed. The property was a part-ownership, which complicated things, but John & Jan made so very uncomplicated! Clarity in communication, regular updates, the highest levels of professionalism & management. Helping to select a preferred conveyancer, making things much easier. They went above and beyond! This help & service extended to the buyer, which believe me makes it much easier. The house sale was agreed in under 10 DAYS! This service was consistent from day one to handing the keys over! If you want to sell your property with honest, professional, more than helpful and genuinely nice people (which in this profession is a rarity) look no further, save yourself time, money, and hassle. Whilst managing this sale, my mother passed away, being so impressed with them I asked them to sell her house also. Again & true to form and previous experience they again did the same selling in just over 7 days. Nearing completion they have proved yet again why they are such amazing estate agent. Remember they were selling two properties, double the work, but never failing in service and effectiveness. A truly efficient excellent business & equally as important genuine kind thoughtful people! 5**** I just wish I’d gone there first!
