GoogleI would give no stars if I could. If you're a landlord. They'll treat you well. If you're a tenant; avoid. Want us to pay till 1 day before new tenants move in. Handy men pop by unannounced. Would never use them in a million years. Awful people there. I'm sad I have to deal with them to hand our keys in

GoogleShambles, knew almost no information about the property we rented. Offered a ridiculous 11% rent increase. Lack of communication and info led to multiple parking fines, dispute was eventually resolved by CEO, after no help from Belvoir Hitchin.

GoogleI recently bought a properly through Belvoir and found the team to be professional, personable and efficient throughout. John and Jan in particular always went the extra mile whenever they could and made what can be a stressful process, much easier. I am so happy in my new home!

GoogleThe way this company is organised is beyond me , the lack of communication and the attitude of Emma , when you know your customers are without water is shocking. Be prepared if you rent a property in full your service will be non existent. Threaten to be hung up on , shouted At . I have had to sort wasps nest at my own expense . Along with hire our own plumber cost . Wasp have returned and yet complaining to the agency has resorted in no co operation. They answer your questions on the phone and log your complaints but action isn’t taken unless it’s absolute emergency. Some of the staff at this company really need to learn how to deal with customer’s, especially members who have spent the last two years fighting Covid-19NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
